An update to the Dov Charney/American Apparel case that I discussed earlier. I read this morning that it's going to trial starting today, as the arbitration fell apart. So, apparently all of the messy details will be coming out for the public. Not that Mr. Charney has seemed at all embarrassed by any of the facts that have come out so far.I have attached a picture of Mr. Charney. The guy who thought he was the perfect model for American Apparel underwear.
Seriously.
